We offer most types of sites, here is a list of what we currently offer:

Is my information secure?
All information you give to us including contact details, web content, passwords, credit card details, etc. is password protected and 100% secure. We do not share your information or details with anyone.
Will my website be viewable 24 hours a day?
We are currently achieving an average of 99.9% uptime. So in the rare occasion of your website being down, it will only be for a matter of minutes.
Will my website be safe from viruses?
All websites and information are backed up by powerful servers in a sophisticated data center. In the unlikely event your site is attacked by viruses, we will upload a copy within a few hours.
Can I choose the colours for my website?

You can choose the colours along with anything else you want to change, or you can simply leave it up to us.

What is the monthly rental fee?
The monthly fees will depend on the site itself, its bandwidth requirements and in its up keep.
As the websites are produced bespoke for your company or brand, we will need to chat with you further to give you an accurate quotation.

The rental fee is reviewed after 12 months and then every 6 months after that. The price may increase depending on the amount of traffic you get or the amount of bandwidth you are using. The reviewed monthly fee will again be fixed for the next 6 months.
To get started we will need to determine your requirements.
This is achieved this by going over a simple order form.
To build the website, We will require 3 months paid in advance.
The website will be produced within approximately 2 weeks.
As we are building a website bespoke for your business, we will be in contact to make sure your happy with the site and make any changes or updates you require.
How long are the contracts?
To make it simple we offer yearly and monthly agreements:
If you sign for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis.
If you sign up for a yearly agreement, the contract length is one year and you are automatically billed on a yearly basis.
We are currently offering a 25% discount for our yearly plan... Ask your representative for full details.
How do I cancel?
It's easy. There are no cancellation fees but we must stress that once the site goes live, there is a 6 month commitment period. You can cancel your site at any time but will be charged for the first 6 months of the contract.
Anytime after the first 6 months you can cancel with no extra charges. Simply send us an email and the contract will be cancelled and the site removed immediately.
Do I need web hosting in addition to my monthly account?
No, we provide a complete hosting solution for your Flash website.
Does SoWebsite.com offer email services?
No, At sowebsite.com we like to commit to providing excellent products. We feel that companies like Google, Microsoft and Yahoo offer great email solutions we can't compete with. And we believe that simple email solutions are not enough anymore.
Can I buy the website at a later date?
If you are considering buying the website, It can be a possibility, but we specialise in the website rental.
