With all business packages we ensure that we work with our clients to ensure that their sites have a basic level of optimisationDue to external factors, such as changes to the way search engines rank websites, we cannot offer any guarantees regarding the position we will achieve for websites. We cannot accept liability for any change in rankings, or drop off in the position of your websiteWe offer search engine optimisation services to ensure that you receive top rankings. With our advanced Business package we employ a range of techniques to ensure alignment with your website and your business objectives.How will my site be updated?We will update your site for free each month if required. We will contact you to discuss your monthly update to ensure that your site always is up to date and attractive to customers. Why cant I update the site myself?Many sites offer their customers a content management system(CMS) to update their sites. We at SOwebsite believe that you have enough to do managing your business! As part of our fully managed service we update the web site from the information you provide us. That way we can discuss and advise you on the changes to be made. Either give us a call or for free via our contact form with a brief outline of your requirements.What are your contract terms?We offer two types of contracts, monthly with a minimum term of 6 months. Yearly with a minimum term of 12 months. Yearly contracts receive a discount!The rental fee is reviewed after 12 months and then every 6 months after that. The price may increase depending on the amount of traffic you get or the amount of bandwidth you are using. The reviewed monthly fee will again be fixed for the next 6 months.How long will it take to produce my website?On average, The website will be produced within approximately 2-4 weeks.As we are building a website bespoke for your business, we will be in contact to make sure your happy with the site and make any changes or updates you require.How do I cancel?It's easy. There are no cancellation fees but we must stress that once the site goes live, there is a 6 month commitment period. You can cancel your site at any time but will be charged for the first 6 months of the contract.Anytime after the first 6 months you can cancel with no extra charges. Simply send us an email and the contract will be cancelled and the site removed immediately.Do I need web hosting in addition to my monthly account?No, we provide a complete hosting solution for your Flash website. Does SOwebsite.com offer email services?Yes SOwebsite.com offers email services with all our business packages.Can I buy the website at a later date?If you are considering buying the website, It can be a possibility, but we specialise in the website rental.CopyrightSOwebsite.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its websites, and SOwebsite.com will remove all content and user submissions if properly notified that such content or user submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights.
